Excellent upcoming documentaries
CBC Newsworld programmes some amazing documentaries each month. For US citizens I believe you can access most of them via Newsworld International if it is offered by your cable provider. Newsworld International was started by the CBC in 1994 but has since been bought by Al Gore (yes that Al Gore) earlier this year. CBC continues to provide the programming for Newsworld International so I expect you will get many if not most of these documentaries there as well. If your cable provider does offer this channel you should seriously consider subscribing to it if you are in the US as it will give you a very valuable insight into how other countries, particularly your largest trading partner, views world events.

The last time this was shown I caught about the last 15 minutes of it and was kicking myself that I did not see the whole thing. The CBC received an enourmous amount of mail asking the to repeat it. I will not be missing it this time.
