Finally
The physical remains of Terri Shiavo have finally died, her spirit died 15 years ago. Now the battles really begin. Republicans who are blind to the public’s temperature for government interference in private lives will, along with the superstitious christian right, use her death as a rallying point for judicial reform. Expect Terri to be used to push for the approval of a lot of Bush’s nominees for the bench. If you think it’s been bad in America to date it’s just the start.
