Bell launches VOIP service in Quebec

Bell Canada has lobbed a shot over the CRTC’s bow by launching VOIP services in several Quebec municipalities where they are the ILEC. I suspect that what Bell wants is full regulation of VOIP and this is their way of getting the CRTC to do something. They made a point yesterday on the news (on CBC) of stating that these services would be unregulated so the CRTC could go suck wind (well more politely than that :) )
