If you’re a programmer or would like to start learning programming here’s an offer you probably shouldn’t pass up. Microsoft, in its pursuit of prometing .Net has ended support for Visual Basic 6. Here’s a free alternative until April 15. Write programs for Mac and Windows. Check out some of the many programs that have been written using REALbasic

Because Microsoft has ended support for Visual Basic 6, REAL Software is offering Visual Basic users a new home-REALbasic. From now through April 15, 2005, Visual Basic users can get REALbasic 5.5 for Windows Standard Edition, completely free of charge.
