House Passes Bill to Restrict Internet Poker. A good opportunity for Visa and Mastercard in Canada and other countries to offer credit cards to Americans. Those country subsidiaries don’t have to report transactions to the US government. As for blocking sites ROFLMAO every hear of a proxy server Congress?
