The GOP’s Secret Weapon
Everyone is predicting a major sweep by the Dems of both house and senate in the mid-terms coming up in November. What those pollsters and pundits are unaware of is that, thanks to Canada’s traitorous PM Stephen Harper softwood lumber agreement, the GOP has been handed a $450 million dollar slush fund it can do whatever it wants with. THat’s right folks $450M big smakaroonies being delivered to the White House, not congress, not the treasury, just the white House, via an escrow fund, with the provision that it be used for worthwhile causes and the determination of what constitutes a worthwile cause is left up to the White House.
This posting is a call for my progressive friends south of the border to take action on this and ensure their Democratic party and candidates know about this. Remember when Gore was blasted forthe contribution from China via a Chinese temple in 2000 - here’s an opportunity to retaliate. Please read the article then spread the word.
