yeah, but the question is, will W write a check to pay for the late charges when he delays my receiving my credit card statement?

or maybe that’s W’s secret plan to balance the budget yet continue his Mesopotamian fiasco: he’ll just have his staff open enough credit card billings and charge chunks of operating costs which Congress refuses to otherwise fund.
