BRB
This will be my last blog post for awhile. I am flying down to Vancouver tomorrow night (no Adam I won’t tell you which flight or airline so put that SAM back in its case
) instead of driving down on Saturday as was planned. I’m just too tired to safely drive 7 hours through a somewhat treacherous highway. So I’m taking off tomorrow and returning a married man on Tuesday. Yup, that’s right. Diane and I are getting married on Monday the 13th. It;s our second anniversary so we though that was an appropriate date. See ya all when I get back.

Congratulations. My wife just gave birth to our first child, Walter, on Friday, August 10. Good things are in the air. I wish you both the best of times.

My wedding gift to you will be the cessation of military conflicts in or around the area of Greater Trail for the duration of the period from Saturday, August 11th, to Tuesday, August 14th.
I have ordered the SAMs to stand down, but they do remain on high alert. Enjoy this peace! (In your impending nuptials as well :))

It was the nicest wedding I’ve ever been to.
Glorious weather, simple and lots of good eats. The highlight for me was that Doug’s mom was able to attend. That meant a lot. My longest term friend,
Shelley, came up from Minneapolis/St. Paul,to be my Matron of honour. Doug’s brother was the Best Man.; I was ‘Given away” by my Uncle Edward Oser. I just wish I wasn’t so pooped before hand. Your’s,
Mrs. D. Alder (alia, Diane Oser)
