A compatriot at work introduced me to site today. Even as a non-coder I had a ball browsing through it. Check out . I killed myself laughing over that one as I too have had a run in with bad punctuation in batch files (put a ; instead of a : after a label as part of a goto command in a very large bat file that took me the better part of hair tearing day back in ‘93 to discover)

Oh shit. I have a family member in a coma and I”m supposed to ‘pray’ for her and stuff, but I don’t really believe in prayer. Not in the sense that you ask for something and somebody gives it to you. That’s idiotic personification. If I believe in a ‘god’ it’s in a different sense, like shamanic visions and shit.. Any ideas. This and with actual deaths - I almost wish I did have religion for real then.. because it would be a (albeit cold) comfort to me (I guess). BTW I think I Like the new look. At first I didn’t (I liked the Gypsy tagline and the little map that shows us and where we came from, but otherwise, it was cool) but it’s grown on me and now I LIKE it. It is a little simpler and less busy. Sorry if I don’t stop by as much to talk, I have just been going through some upheaval, (the good kind though, it seems, so..).
Hope you are all well,
