Since announcing her resignation, Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin has been pummeled by critics who have called her incoherent, a quitter, a joke and a “political train wreck.”
And those were fellow Republicans talking.
I can’t see Palin disappearing from the spotlight – she enjoyed the adulation of her fans altogether too much. No, I think she is going to try and energize her old base and pull them into a new right wing, eliminationist party – a national equivalent of the AIP (Alaska Independence Party) she so proudly supported.
Oh Please, Please, Please. That would be the utter destruction of the GOP at that point so let’s all encourage her to do so.

Hah! Damn right and Hear hear! Or is that Here here…? Hmm, if I say Hear here then I’m at least 50% right. Yes, we need that comedy machine that is Squeeky the Clown Puppet Palin to continue to buffoon it up for all to see. It’s a great collective pie in the face for the GOP. And good for a laugh for the rest of us.
