Only in Canada eh!
Below is a picture of the turn off from the entrance to Banff Alberta to Highway 1, the cross Canada highway. Banff has a very large population of elk. After Highway 1 was built there were so many accidents involving animals and vehicles that the government built a bridge just for the animals and it didn’t take them long to figure out it was their safe passage across the highway.
