You know it’s hard to decide whether to laugh, cry or scream in utter fucking rage when you read stuff like this
Dec. 1 (Bloomberg) — “I just wrote my first reference for a gun permit,” said a friend, who told me of swearing to the good character of a Goldman Sachs Group Inc. banker who applied to the local police for a permit to buy a pistol. The banker had told this friend of mine that senior Goldman people have loaded up on firearms and are now equipped to defend themselves if there is a populist uprising against the bank.
You bet they should be starting to shit their pants. There are a lot of people out there that are getting very angry and are starting to sharpen the guillotine blades. Goldman Sachs are the biggest thieves on the planet are in large part responsible for the mess the global economy is in and far too many people for their safety are starting to realize it.

We can only hope .. but the “rule of law” in the USA is less and less rule-ish every day. I really appreciate that lawyer somewhere in NY (I think) that sued his bank’s Visa or Mastercard last week for raising rates after he missed one payment by several days, saying “well, someone’s got to .. ”
I keep wondering why more (most) people don’t see all these shenanigans as absurd in the highest degree
