Finally some sanity in the USSC. Now if only they could get the courage to do what is right and ban all capital punishment. No, I don't have much sympathy for murderers. It's just the extreme fallibility, and in some cases insanity, of the criminal justice system that concerns me, particularly in the current circumstances. Given the current US administration's penchant for stomping on civil and constitutional rights, their attempts to brand as traitor anyone who dares to question their motives or actions, and their obviuos bloodlust I, for one, would not trust their justice system with my life.
