Well I think I'm finished screwing around with the design for now :-) Thanks to everyone who helped. The colour of the Blog Title and the sidebar titles is picked up from the leaf litter etc on the trail at my feet and the background colour to the posts is picked up from the trees. THis was a deliberate attempt on my part to tie things together. I think it works but I think I need to make the background to the posts a slightly blacker green so it isn't quite as obviuos. I have to think on that for a bit - as always advice is always welcome :-)
