Here’s a way to deal with Image Spam if you are using Thunderbird
Open Tools —> Message Filters
“Create New Rule”
The default in the first rule will be Subject. Click on this then at the bottom of the drop down select customize
Name it “Content-Type” and hit OK
Select “Content-Type”
set “Contains” to “multipart/related”
Click + to add a new filter [...]
