Hot Buttered Rum

Blast away the winter chills with this hot drink! - contributed by Rick Yerex It's obviously a diet drink so indulge yourselves ;)

Directions

Soften ice cream and butter, blend all ingredients in food processor then store in freezer. When ready to have a drink place mix in a large mug add boiling water. Leave room for rum and stir to dissolve. Add rum and garnish with a lemon wedge and a cinnamon stick
