Just in time for the holiday season! This one ain't no turkey!
| 1 pkg (340g) Fresh Cranberries | |
| 3/4 cup Raisins | |
| 1/2 cup Frozen Apple Juice Concentrate - thawed | |
| 1/2 cup Liquid Honey | |
| 6 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar | |
| 1/4 cup Water | |
| 1/2 tsp Whole Allspice | |
| 10 Whole Cloves | |
| 3 inches of Cinnamon Stick - broken | |
| 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger - chopped fine | |
| 1/4 tsp Cayenne | |
| 1/2 cup Celery - diced | |
| 1/2 cup Onion - diced | |
| 1 small tart Apple - peeled, cored and diced |
Combine cranberries, raisins, apple concentrate, honey, vinegar and water in a thick bottomed pot. Cook uncovered until the berries begin to pop, about 10 minutes. Tie cloves, allspice and cinnamon in a cheesecloth bag and add with remaining ingredients to mixture. Cook over medium heat until thick - stir frequently. Remove spice bag. Process 15 minutes in a hot water bath.
