Great for fish or poultry
| 1 pint basket Strawberries | |
| 1/4 Cup red Onion chopped | |
| Juice of 1 Lime | |
| 1/4 Cup Passionfruit puree (bottled necatar is OK) | |
| 4 Sprigs Cilantro |
Combine all ingredients. The Passion fruit puree is used to bind ingedients together, so make certain it is thick puree and not a juice. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
