Hot Buttered Rum

Blast away the winter chills with this hot drink!

Ingredients:

chili icon 1 lb Butter
chili icon 3 1/2 C. Icing Sugar
chili icon 2 C. Brown Sugar
chili icon 1 quart Vanilla Ice Cream (no cheap stuff please)
chili icon 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
chili icon 1/2 tsp Allspice

Method:

soften ice cream and butter, blend all ingredients in food processor then store in freezer

Drink Preperation:

1 1/2 Tbsp Hot Buttered Rum Mix
1 cup Boiling Water
1 oz Rum (151 Overproof is great)
Lemon Wedges
Cinammon Sticks

Method:

Place mix in a large mug add boiling water. Leave room for rum and stir to dissolve. Add rum and garnish with a lemon wedge and a cinnamon stick
