A touch of Asia, a touch of Florida either way this is a tasty dish. Experiment with different mustards and for something really different after cooking the chicken deglaze the pan with some chicken stock and reduce that with some of the marinade and some heavy cream to make a nice sauce
| 4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boneless | |
| 1/2 Cup soy sauce | |
| 1/4 Cup fresh lime juice | |
| 1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce | |
| 2 cloves garlic, minced | |
| 1/2 Tsp dry mustard | |
| 1/2 tsp fresh, coarsely ground black pepper |
Mix together soy sauce, lime juice, worcestershire sauce, garlic and mustard. Place chicken in a shallow container or a ziploc bag and pour marinade over it. Cover container or close ziploc and refridgerate for at least 30 minutes. Saute chicken in butter over medium heat and serve with a wild rice pilaf or garlic mashed potatoes
